How do I order ?
Ordering is quick and easy, just follow these steps:
Click on the Category that you are interested in for example ‘Drama’.
Click on the Film you require and at the bottom of the information on the film at the right hand corner you will see ‘Add to Cart’, simply click this an you will be presented with an option to either ‘Continue Shopping’ or ‘Checkout’.
If you want to choose more films click ‘Continue Shopping’ and repeat from step 1 adding more titles.
If you want to go to the Checkout simply click on the ‘Checkout' Button.
At the checkout please select the ‘Delivery Method’ (This may already have automatically been selected for you based on your address), if you are in the UK select UK, and for Europe or Worldwide please select the correct option and then click on ‘Checkout’.
Please complete your Name, Address, Email etc and if you want your order to go to your Billing Address please select that option from the box on the right hand side, if you want your order delivered to a different address please select ‘A Different Address’ from the drop down box and complete the address that you would like the order sent to. Please ensure that you use a correct email address as we cannot contact you about the status of your order or if there are any problems with your card payment etc if it is incorrect.
We NEVER pass your email address onto anyone else, nor will we ever use it other than to contact you about your order.
Please select the ‘Payment Method’ from the options at the bottom of the page. After you have selected your payment method please follow the on screen instructions.
Please note the Credit/Debit card must be registered to your billing address.
We also use Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode, as well as AVS (Address Verification System) to ensure your data is safe and only the genuine cardholder can make a purchase from our site. For more information on Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode please contact your bank or credit card company.
If you add items to your ‘Cart’ but do not complete the ‘Checkout’ process the system will save the information for 15 minutes to enable you to return and complete your order, but after 15 minutes the order will be automatically deleted and you would be required to enter all the information again.
What Payment Methods do you accept ?
We accept Credit, Debit cards, Cheques, Postal orders & PayPal.
My Card payment was declined why ?
We unable to tell you why this is happened as we only get a Yes or No response from the bank, but it is normally something as simple as the Address not quite matching (This is more common on houses with names rather than numbers, or flat numbers), or a 3D secure error such as Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode.
Your card Payment will also fail if you enter your card details but have then either closed the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode pop-up window or have entered an incorrect Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode password, for more information on Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode please contact your bank or credit card company.
Please contact your Bank or Credit Card Company for more information as we never get told a reason and are therefore unable to help you.
Please be assured that since the Payment was declined no money has been taken from your card.
Are my Details safe with you ?
1. We NEVER pass your email address onto anyone else, nor will we ever use it other than to contact you about your order, we do not send Newsletters or anything else.
2. Your Credit and Debit card information is NEVER retained or stored by us, it is used once only when you place your order, and you and only you can enter the payment details. In addition we use PCI-DSS Level 1 security and Encryption to process Credit and Debit card transactions, which is the highest security possible.
3. When you place an order with us the banking system will also undertake a series of Anti Fraud checks, this is to protect both you and ourselves, this ensures that the genuine cardholder is the person placing the order and that the cardholders address matches the address on file with the Bank or Credit card company.
4. We NEVER sell or pass to anyone any of our customers details, Name, Address Etc, they are for our use only.
What will my DVD look like ?
Our DVD's come without a case but have a printed label and a sleeve for protection.
What is the Picture Quality Like ?
The films available on this website are for collectors of rare films. The packaging is basic to help keep the prices down, and the quality, while mostly very good to excellent, will not be as good as remastered shop bought DVDs. But for collectors of rare movies, the quality is virtually always satisfying. Please know what you are buying when or before you place an order. All movies come from various sources, film sources, rare TV showings, collectors, etc. But all are currently not available on shop bought DVD at this time.
Will your DVD's work worldwide ?
All of our DVD's are Region Free so will play on the vast majority of DVD players worldwide, as well as all Computers, Laptops etc with a DVD drive.
You MUST however have Multi Region DVD Player if you are ordering from the USA or Canada.
